Game Brainstorm

The first game concept I have is an 3d scroll game consisting of a dark city as the setting, the character is a simple stick man with small details to make him resemble a hooded thief. the game starts of with the charterer running out of the bank and police chasing him. after the character flees the game play starts and you must dodge all sorts of city obstructions, these include cars, scaffolding, billboards, trucks, and police. The mechanics of the game will be a duck, dodge and jump game. you will start of at 0 score and will continue to rise the farther you progress, the more you progress the faster and harder the obstacles will be to get past. The camera angle will switch fro  a 2d format to a 3d format as you progress through the game, one you die you're high score is recorded and you start over again.


My second game is a multiplayer 3d game,  the main character must fight through dungeons that get harder the furter you progress, the game is set in a town a with a  dungeon in the center of town, adventures like the main character must go down into the dungeon to make a living gathering items and rare recorses to sell back in the town, the dungeon goes down 100 floors and each floor has a boost at the end of each level/floor. The character can buy better gear in the town or buy a better house to store more gear and loot, the game has different ways to attack and heal, there are a wide array of weapons and magic attacks to chose from. There are 3 classes in the game warrior, mage, Hunter. Warrior is proficient in one handed,two handed Melee weapons and shields, they have to  take the brunt of the damage from enemy's in the dungeon and is essentially  the tank of the group, they have heavy armor equipped so they are capable of taking alot of damage. The mage is proficient in spells and staffs, they are best at healing the group and area of effect attacks dealing damage to multiple enemy's at once, but the mage is a glass cannon they have the the lowest health of all 3 classes and have to use there magic sparingly until it recharges over time. The hunter is proficient with ranged attacks and short one handed weapons, they are good for giving status effects to enemy's and are good for dealing with bosses with a large health pool, hunters are proficient with bows, crossbows, muskets, blunderbuss, daggers and short swords. They are quick on there feet and have a dash ability to get out of sticky situations, the Hunter uses light armor so they have have to be careful on there health.(hunters also have to option to wear a cape). All classes can use any weapon or item but a warrior won't be proficient with a magic staff, likewise a mage won't be proficient with a battleaxe. Any class can use spells but the Hunter and warrior are limited to basic healing spells and small buffs to certain attributes. I got inspiration from the game called gungion.

The third game Is a 3rd person open world survival game, the art style is simple and almost doodle like. The character is dropped into a huge desert with a bag of basic supplies and a dog( you can name the dog) the dog will help you find hidden items in the sand, there are enemy's patrols covering the desert, they have rusted down cars built to traverse the harsh landscape, there are also horses and camels that can be used to traverse the desert. The character can chose a wide array of weapons to choose from, mostly firearms and crude weapons. All of the weapons in the game can be crafted from the many outpost across the wasteland. These outpost can be liberated and taken over by the character and can be used as a place to stay during the night, they have all the resources you need to craft, purify water, cook food and modify you're way of transport. There is a weather system in place and can drastically change the game world around you, sandstorms are a huge threat and can completely come out of nowhere. Visibility and navigation becomes useless until the storm passes, this will also affect the mode of transport you choose, car engines will stall, horses will reer up and have breathing problems, camels will be the most effective mode of transport through the sandstorms but they are the slowest mode of transport in the game. Your dog is the most important companion at your side, he/she will find recourse's and weapons in the wasteland, he/she will also alert you to enemy's in the area, your dog can track enemy to hidden camps water sources. The aim is to take over all the outposts and survive as long as possible. Resources are quite rare in the world so the player will have to use items carefully and plan on how to get through the next day.

The fourth game is based off ghost rider. it is set in Los Angeles and features a g.t.a style of open world and exploration. you are giver the ghost rider powers at the start of the game and are giver free control to do as the player sees fit, cause havoc or drive around on your motorbike enjoying the games visuals. The story is simple, you hunt down the organisation that took everything away from you. The player makes a deal with the cosmic beings and gains the power of the ghost rider. The main mode of transport is your demon bike. you can switch between looking normal and ghost rider form but will be in ghost form while in combat. The character can choose what types of weapons he/she has but will always have the classic chains and lever- action shotgun at all times. the player will decide either to be good or bad through the game and each decision has an impact on the games story and game play. The NPCs in the game will either see you as a hero or a anti-hero depending on your actions.
